Absolutely Ideal
In the year I've lived at fifteen98 apartments I've had little to no problems with my apartment or with any of my neighbors living adjacent to me. The location is ideal, there are dog parks and a fitness center which is super convenient for me and my dog. Not to mention there is a super walkable trail that runs along the back of the grounds with benches and connections to other paths giving you some options on your walk.
