Policies

Pets allowed. A one-time, non-refundable payment of five hundred dollars ($500) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Its been a long long time since i felt at home and i have never felt so at my peace at home. Its so clean here and i feel so safe and it is so life changing. The staff is so caring and friendly, the office is very welcoming and clean. I am proud to to be a reisdent here and i would recommend living here to anyone.

I’ve had no issues or complaints; the apartment meets all of my needs and comforts. There’s some noise from other apartments across the street but I know that sometimes can’t be helped. Staff and neighbors are always friendly. I really like it here.

I was one of the first to move into this complex Dec 2020. They come with your own water heater, washer/ dryer,centeral air / electronic thermostat for your heat that you control, dish washer , electric stove and microwave ceiling fans.................BRAND NEW !!!! If anything needs fixing thank GOD we have a maintence man thats gets the job done quickly & he knows his sh**** . When he finish the job you sign off on it on a IPAD which goes to the office to let them know what he did..........................no BS !!!! So If, you're looking for a place here in Cedar Rapids , Iowa come check us out . We're just up the street from a beautiful College (KIRKWOOD) Have bus service for the kids to pick em up & bring them right back !! Elementary / H. S. is 7min away up the street . Great place to stay believe me .................I would have not stayed here for years if wasn't.

To be honest as long as you stay to yourself and keep peace worh your neighbors its a great place to live. I am moving because i want to be closer to my grandchildren or i wouldnt mind staying.
