Parking is not good staff are polite most of the residents are polite,quiet and stay to themselves, hallways smell like cigarettes and marijuana

Although it’s only been months i am very happy over all in all aspects- matters get attended too in a timely manner, staff I’ve been in contact with are helpful. Over all i am happy i hope better is to come!

Nice place but worried about the winter, heard bad things about going up and down the hill and stairs with icey conditions

We have been here since August 2020. Building staff was always very nice and responsive to needs. Best part is they are now under new management and the renovations have begun. This place has amazing potential and I feel with the new management and staff things will get done right and quickly. Place is pretty quiet neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves but always say Hi when passing.
