Located within an 80-plus home development on Zika Avenue next to Ellis Golf Course, the 20 homes in this community offer approximately 990 to 1,150 sq feet of living space. Sugar Creek homes feature Energy Star appliances, a garage, an unfinished basement and a computer for personal use. All residents at Sugar Creek Bend participate in a homeownership program that is offered by a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency. Each month, $100 of each resident's rent amount is deposited that resident can use to buy a home.
