Our community was designed with you in mind from each of the in-home features to the community amenities. DEPOSITS AND FEES $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee (and $50 Co-Signer/Guarantor Application Fee if applicable) $100 Holding Fee due at time of application. $100 Administrative Fee due at time of move in. Deposit ranges from $300 to two months' rent (based on credit/employment/rental history). Renter's insurance is required. Leases less than 12 months may require an additional short-term lease premium fee. Please contact the leasing office for details.
