I had an overall good experience living at Briarwood Apartments. The community is quiet, the management is responsive, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. However, a few amenities that are typically expected were missing, which could have made the stay even better. Still, it was a comfortable and convenient place to live during my time in Cedar Rapids.
