Not bad

All carpet even in the "dining room" area. Not too expensive, but have had a couple issues in the first couple months. Took maintenance almost 2 weeks to fix my shaking ceiling fan. The A/C unit costs an arm and a leg to run in the summer(>$100). No microwave in the apartment.

Love the location and parking availibility. Laundry being in the unit is also a plus! Property/Complex could be cleaner. Often see trash in stairwell/doorway for multiple days.
