The Gardens of East Cobb
I've lived here for a year so far. I would say that this place is perfect! The location is spot on, I am surrounded by restaurants, entertainment, convenience stores, and close to the highway. My unit does not have problems often and my neighbors don't make a lot of noise. There are no complaints on my end in regards to my property, hopefully I can stay here longer for another leasing term.

I am going on my third year living at the Garden of East Cobb. I really enjoy living here. The sceenery and the amenities are great! I am renting a 2 bedroom and it is very spacious. The only thing I wish the complex had a better management on, is the disposal of trash:(
Nice community
I moved here one month ago. The community is kept clean. The residents clean up after their dogs. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive. I like living here.
Glad to live at the Garden at East cobb
I have lived here for 1 year and I really have no major complains. The only thing that has recently came to my attention, is the amount of people with pets living in the complex and not taking the responsible to clean up behind their pets. I am starting to see pets feces everywhere. I also do not like the way the trash is maintained in the complex. I am disgusted every time I have to empty my trash. Outside of these things, I love living at the Garden at East Cobb. I love the exercise room and the enjoyment of the pool:)
