Ive been living at element 41 for 5 years now . I havebt had any problems with staff. Maintenance show up and take care of things promptly when I need them too. The complex was perfect school district for my son. I very pleased about my stay here at Element 41.

We have lived here for approaching 2 years now, and to be fair, it has gotten better. The new management company seems to actually care about the facilities and keeping things updated. They are repairing the gates and giving the property a much needed facelift. However, recently our experience can be summed up by saying: never expect maintenance to do anything when you need them to. As I am writing this review we have been without AC for 4.5 days with absolutely no communication from management in response to our maintenance requests and emails. This is Georgia in the summer, and they are doing nothing, even though according to our lease if the outside temperature is over 80 all AC issues are considered emergencies. This is not the first time this has happened either. Throughout this spring our AC has gone out on a pretty much biweekly basis with no real fix being done. So while many aspects of the property are enjoyable, be ready for things to break and not be fixed in a timely manner, even if it is considered an emergency per the lease agreement.

Ive been here 2 and half years. The only issues ive had is eith conservice (billing department ) and leasing not communicating with each other about fees.

We have been here for two weeks now. The staff is fun and friendly. We have a playground, doggy parks, soccer fields, pools, and plenty of sidewalks throughout the property. It's a great community. The kids absolutely love it. We are looking forward to our first spring and summer here.

Hello, I've been here for several years and it is clear that new management is really trying to turn things around. I just hope they stay consistent, and also get a larger maintenance staff because work orders still take a while. I have several work orders that still have not been completed. And trash on the premises is still an issue, sometimes I see pieces of trash on the ground for several days at a time. The trash dumpsters that they have put around the property though, have been very helpful. Thank you for your efforts for improvement!
