Not much good to say

Great apartment. Great Location. Everything else big thumbs down. Maintenance, the office staff, services from the companies they use all BIG thumbs down. Water and sewer and valet trash are $100 by itself plus another trash fee and service fee. Count on paying over a $100 plus the high rent. Some maintenance can't speak English and don't understand English. Hard to communicate with maintenance and maintenance rarely fix issues correctly and they are slow. Staff rude. I could go on and on.

Need to Improve

Valet garbage is not picked up consistently. Gutters needs to be cleaned. I am paying for a updated unit that is truly not update Maintenance requests take far to long to resolve or sometimes not resolved at all.

Staff and Value for money

The Staff at the leasing office does not respond properly and the rent which I am paying right now is too high and I am cancelling the lease at the end my leasing term.
