Disappointed with Valet trash service

I want to opt out of the Valet trash service. They do not come and pick up our trash. So if I have to bring the trash to the Dumpster my self, I should not be obligated to pay for a service I am not receiving,

Needs something

Prices are only high due to the complex being close to many things. The parking are terrible. I believe it was even the blueprint was terrible. STAFF needs to do better with communication and being honest.
