Living at The Brumby Lofts has been such a beautiful and fun experience! Each loft is so stylish and unique, the neighbors are friendly, and we are steps away from the square. We love it here.

I have lived in the Brumby for 8 years. My neighbors have always been great, and I love my living space - huge windows, and open Floorplan. The renovations they've done to the complex have been well worth the wait as well.

Close to everything Marietta has to offer

We have lived here for 12 years. So far, the new management has... Increased everyone's rent by 50% in one lease term. Piled up trash and construction debris behind the buildings (out of sight). Towed cars with only 2 hours notice, to make room for a shed. The Security Gate has not been closed in almost a year, and we are having frequent car break ins. Maintenance walks into your apartment with a slight knock, without advanced notice. A water pipe broke during the winter storm last Month and we ended up paying over $100 to get our Apartment fixed, with no compensation from management. And the list goes on... We won't be signing with them again.
