Moved in November 1st. People at the leasing office are extremely helpful and very nice. Absolutely zero issue with them. The overall look of the complex is nice. Neat, quiet, and people just being people. Walking into the unit it smelled good, but it was painfully obvious it was not very well cleaned between tenants. Mold was found in the freezer (nothing crazy, took 5 seconds to clean). None of my doors except front door close correctly. they slide open unless you lift the door. Meaning the handles are not adjusted correctly. Second bathroom sink just quit having the plunger open and close. Come to find out the bar connecting handle on faucet to the plunger in the drain is broken. Small holes found in one part of the wall. Bathroom sink lifting off countertop and has lifted the caulk along with it. paint overspray on blinds and other surfaces, counter on the bar above the sink just lifts up. so, it's not safely secured. Nothing crazy about the apartment. But things I feel should be addressed before a new tenant moves in. I find certain things to be reasonable things to deal with when living in an apartment. Many people move in and out of the units to it's hard to keep them perfect, but it's a fine line between dealing with issues that comes with the property type, and things just not being done. I think that my unit is starting to teeter on the side of just not doing things.

Parking violations are rampant and nothing is done when specific violations are reported. There's a vehicle that illegally parks in the only remaining handicap space for building 6most weekends. I've heard the owner joke several times that the space is her personal one and she knows nothing will be done for her parking there illegally. My previous neighbor stated she had reported the big SUV that was broke down in front of building 6 for over 2 months. She stated that the office told her they knew exactly what vehicle she was talking about and they would immediately take action. It sat there for at least another 4 weeks. Because parking violations are ignored, it's only gotten worse. There's a blue van in front of building 5 that hasn't been moved in months and it's been there so long that the rims touch the ground. I hesitate to report these violations since my neighbor had reported someone illegally parking in the 2nd handicap spot for building 6 and the response was that they removed the handicap sign and made it regular parking, leaving only one handicap spot for the whole building. Residents have to park in front of other buildings to accommodate work vehicles, broke down cars, and vehicle taking up multiple spaces. I've heard several arguments from the parking lot about those parking violations, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Often changing staff makes consistency difficult. Building 7 has little to no attentiom given to it usually by staff- trash outside adter renovation, handicap parking sign been knocked down for months, abandoned cars in our lot.
