Honestly i love my apartment! Everything is great! The only thing is that the packages can sometimes get lost since the driver cant find my building.

The property looks great, very kid friendly with a walking trail (hard to come by affordable properties with space to walk).

I really dislike my upstairs neighbors! They have two three year old boys that are so loud from sun up to sun sun down. I HATE IT!!

Here are some things I wish to address that would have been noted on all the apartment sources before I agreed to move here. I have posted everywhere, so you cannot say you didn’t know. 1. They will send out threatening letters every week saying that they will make ALL residents pay a penalty fee because they cannot identify the individuals placing their garbage in the trash area incorrectly. 2. Due to the challenging layout of the community, please expect that your mail will not be delivered in a timely manner, piled up near the lockbox area on the floor, or placed outside of your neighbor’s home. When you speak with the office staff about it, they will tell you they have nothing to do with the delivery process. Amazon, UPS, and USPS will tell you to wait a few days to file the missing property. 3. Pick-up trash is not consistent, but you will be charged every month for services. 4. You can only access the gym/grill area if you obtain access from the leasing office. The staff does not work the hours listed on the signage. Pool opened about three months in a year. 5. No one will answer your calls, so please be prepared to take time in person to address any questions or concerns. 6. The renovations are pretty, but they last a week, and you will see things fall apart. 7. Rent will not be consistent, as charges will fluctuate depending on “water and other community” service usage. *I hope this helps! So far, the people in my community section have been kind and quiet. We are in an excellent area for shopping and transportation. However, you will not get better service than those before you. If you want to move into this location temporarily, this might be for you.
