Great Value
We love living here. We are on year 5. We wish we had upgraded windows and sliders.
Clear and direct
It is very comfortable and peaceful. They maintenance service is so satisfied.
Nice location, the rest leaves a lot to be desired
Nice location on the lake with ok first-come parking and older but fairly nicely updated kitchens and bathrooms. The maintenance team are pretty good; the other staff are not super helpful, and the turnover in management seems to have worsened the situation. The extreme rent hikes over the last 3 years, between $600-$1000 per month total, are indicative of the greed of the corporate owners, so that's certainly not working for the place (or anyone else). The vinyl flooring in my unit is newish but wasn't installed properly so curls at the edges, I don't have screens on my sliding glass doors and some windows, etc., could be better, but for the time being it's less torturous than trying to buy a house, so. . .yeah.
