It's home

I've been here five years. Obviously I enjoy the place. The core group feels like an extended family and I've made some lifelong friends. My rent is almost double from when I started five years ago which, yeah, it's an issue... but I sill love it. We need to work on keeping it clean though. Lots of younger people moved in and it noticeably more dorm like. Dude-bros breaking stuff and just making a mess in general. Absent that... I love it.

We welcome you & your best friend, too! Looking for a new home for you & your pet? We are one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area & enthusiastically welcome you & your pet (some restrictions apply). Pet Overview: Dogs & cats, including puppies & kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check & shots, and be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed. Fees and Pet Rent: For each Cat $250 non-refundable fee and for each Dog $600 non-refundable fee. Pet rent is $25 per month. (Pet rent and puppy/kitten fee noted above are per pet.) PooPrints: A PooPrints swab is required for all pets in our community. A $50 swab processing fee will be required for all ESA & service animals.  Additional Details: We also welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our onsite management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. Breed Restrictions apply, please call Management for details.
