Good value
Living here for several years as I noted previously parking is fine plenty of parking spaces. Confusing part is if you need to rent a car for 24 hours need to have information on car rental sent to portal but if renting on weekend need to supply car information on portal. I don't think that should be necessary for 24 hours.

Love it
This place has the best view to the lake, is close to downtown and maintaince does a great job keep the complex looking tidy. I also feel safe walking my dogs at night.
