Keep all areas clean at all times

Well my experience living here is ok for now. They need to pressure wash the out side at least once a month. They need to have the spray guy to come out 3 times a month inside and out side. They need to maintenance the A.C every 6 months. Change the screens to all the windows.

Everything is fine, its quiet and peaceful though they have issues with garbage, rent has gone up significantly and the people in the office building di not anserw calls and they also often close the office for administration reasons .
