I do not recommend living here. There have been ongoing issues in the unit, including persistent moisture, odor, and maintenance concerns that have not been properly resolved despite multiple reports. Communication has been slow, and responses have not led to effective solutions. These conditions have impacted daily living and overall comfort in the home. Tenants should feel safe and supported, and that has not been my experience here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for current and future residents.

Ive lived in the complex 2 and 1/2 years. First with a roomate in a 2 bedroom and now in the larger 1 bedroom. I love the layout, modern appliances and having a washer and dryer in the apartment. As a single woman i feel safe because its gated.

The overall apartment living experience has been pleasant, from the condition of the inside apartment home to the outside curb appeal. Maintenance has been my ONLY complaint about living here. From the elevator being shut down (especially on the weekend) to the AC going out (again on the weekend), you cannot get any response from maintenance, or they won't fix the issue if it is not a dire emergency! If a new maintenance team were appointed, this would be the PREMIER LIVING COMMUNITY! AZOLA would be THE BEST VALUE for the PRICE and LOCATION to live!

I moved in 2 years ago to share a 2 bedroom with a friend. She moved back up north and i wanted to stsy in this apartment complex because of the layout of the apartments, parking is easy, the pool is never over crowded and the staff answers their e mails quickly. Melissa and Erica are very helpful in the office and if I put in a work order it usually gets completed by the next day.

We held off doing this review in hopes the leasing office would attend to this issue with more importance. There is a man who stays with a tenant in the unit above us who IS NOT ON THE LEASE. And since last fall has excessively been stomping around in the wee hours of the morning and later in the evening. His foot pounding is so loud most times it drowns out our television with the reverberations causing the ceiling and walls to shake. We also tried cordially speaking with the neighbors but from day one came to our door and said "It couldn't be me...i'm a small lady" and wanted to do a sound check. Lord help me, no she's not an engineer. LOL Unfortunately management has no want to address this issue. In fact we were told their hands are tied, that we should read our lease and call the police. They did not care that this man was living here and NOT on the lease. Extremely dangerous has he's already knocked on our door, her sister has called screaming AT US and they had the audacity to call the cops and report trash at their door and blamed us! No doubt told by the leasing office to call the police. We look forward to leaving next Spring!
