Exterior

I have lived here for 10 years with many changes to the property and management teams. The issues I have is the exterior behind building 3 along the green fence. Its always cluttered with garbage Maintenance will not pick up or clean on a daily basis unless I complain. Our breezeways need cleaning quarterly also the palm trees used to be cut back every year, 2024 we did not receive a palm tree cutting. The palm tree is laying against my patio patio screen. The squirrels climb onto the patio screen. I have repeatedly asked if we would get palm trees cut, but once again I've been blown off with no reply.

Always playing catch up

The complex does nothing to maintain, they wait and wait for things to get so badly damaged they no longer work, and then take forever to fix them, like the mailboxes or the parking gates. Management is a revolving door.
