A very nice place to live, near everything you will ever need, very nice ammenities and staff. Like at any other place, just try getting a high floor as upstair’s walking and else could potentially bother you ;-)

Lofts at Sodo, but not every apartment is a loft.Great location if you want to be in Sodo/ live near I4. Too expensive for the quality of apartment. The pool is nice but its the only amenity worth paying for. The gym has broken equipment and the coffee bar has ants. Staff are decent but the construction on the apartments requiring access to apartments with little notice shows poor planning.

I'm about to start my 3rd year at Lofts at SoDo and it's been a great place to live. The staff is very kind and responsive. They have a great ability to communicate about developments and events surrounding the community and make all the renters aware of any big upcoming changes. The surrounding community is very walkable as well, a grocery store, gym, and several restaurants are within the plaza it's located in
