Decent overall

Lofts at Sodo, but not every apartment is a loft.Great location if you want to be in Sodo/ live near I4. Too expensive for the quality of apartment. The pool is nice but its the only amenity worth paying for. The gym has broken equipment and the coffee bar has ants. Staff are decent but the construction on the apartments requiring access to apartments with little notice shows poor planning.

Lofts and SoDo is a great living community

I'm about to start my 3rd year at Lofts at SoDo and it's been a great place to live. The staff is very kind and responsive. They have a great ability to communicate about developments and events surrounding the community and make all the renters aware of any big upcoming changes. The surrounding community is very walkable as well, a grocery store, gym, and several restaurants are within the plaza it's located in

The Heart of SoDo

I have lived at the Lofts at SoDo for a year and absolutely love this complex. It is minutes away from everything that you want to do. The staff is professional, maintenance is very quick to fix any issues and the location is great. You have easy access to I-4

Living here is amazing! The location is perfect right next to Target and so many restaurants nearby theres always something to do or see! The apartments are gorgeous, modern, clean, and spacious!
