Location is the Amenitie

I’ve loved my time here but there has been issues. The parking garage elevator and security gate break frequently . The water/hot water issues (needing to be shut off) on the 5th floor seems to be ongoing (thankfully infrequently) and without a resolution. A designated spot for doordash in the parking garage would be great too. Often i have issues if getting my order due to parking difficulties. A 5 minute drop off spot could solve this issue.

Living in Parkside has changed my whole lifestyle in Orlando and I am loving it! Countless of activities and living in a prime locstion where you feel more of the culture and less tourism.

Love it here!

The location is perfect if you’re looking to live in the downtown Orlando area. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help you with any of your problems. Sometimes there are tech issues to get into the building or there is a mess left by the residence. But usually those problems are fixed either later that day or the next day. Also on the weekends, there are some residents who tend to be a little bit. But it usually doesn’t happen too often.

Perfect Location!

Such a kind and understanding team operate this facility. Th location is the apartments best feature. Overlooking Lake Eola has helped my mental and physical health return to its peak. I hope to live here for many years to come.
