Great place to live

One of the few communities that is nice, quiet, peaceful, unpretentious and well-managed. Greet amenities, friendly staff, pet friendly, lovely neighbors, and frequent events for stay at home families or remote workers. Low turnover which says a lot. My suggestions for improvements: 1. Set aside parking for motorcycles. Some residents use their motorcycles to “reserve” some of the limited guest spots available 24/7 2. Reduce cost of washing machines. 2$ to wash and 2$ to dry per (relatively small) load is not worth the price and we usually go to the nearby laundry / dry cleaner instead. Also sometimes the dryers need to be run repeatedly as laundry always doesnt fully dry

Great place to live

I have been living here for a few years now and I'm very happy! The community is always super clean and well maintained, the apartments are in good condition and the staff members from the office staff to maintenance staff are super attentive. This is a great place to live.
