It is the policy of Legacy Residential Group that any aggressive canine breeds not be admitted into our communities unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $30.00 monthly Pet Rent. Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Good location

I live in a quiet neighborhood with a good location near highways and supermarkets. It is also a secure neighborhood. I am thrilled with the place I live. The quiet atmosphere is one of the things I love most about my neighborhood. I can relax and enjoy my home without being disturbed by noise. The streets are also safe, so I don't have to worry about my safety. The location is also ideal. I am close to everything I need: work, school, shopping, and restaurants. I can quickly get to the highway, which makes it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Several supermarkets are nearby, so I can always get the groceries I need. Overall, I am pleased with my neighborhood. It is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to others.
