Max weight 75 lb each. Altis Grand Kendall permits a maximum of 2 cats or dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds. The pet fee is $400 for one pet and an additional $375 for the second pet. Pet rent is $20.00 per pet per month. Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited, including but not limited to the American Staffordshire, Rottweiler, Pit Bull terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Husky, Chow, German Shepard and any combined of the mentioned animals.
