Good Value
I have lived here since January of 2022 and so far it has been pretty good for the most part. The amenities are great to have like the rooftop pool, courtyard, study spaces, and weight room. My only complaints are that the breezeways sometimes smell like marijuana and the new Greystar staff are not very friendly towards you unless you have a dog. There have also been long periods where the coffee machines have not been working and about 2-3 random fire alarms go off per month. The location is great being located near the river and downtown but make sure to lock your cars at night if parked on the street because there can definitely be some shady characters hanging around this area.
I'm overall happy
Why is there no wheelchair access in front of the building? I brought my mother, who is in a wheelchair and I had to push her all the way to the corner (in the street), and then come all the way back. Why does the "sports bar" area not have any sports package for games that are not on regular TV? No football network, or NBA network, etc. In a building with this many potential customers, I would think Comcast could give management a more premier channel package. We missed many football and baseball games last season because of this.
