Building Management is AWOL

Previous reviews saying Michael from building management is a great help are laughable. There is an app for submitting maintenance requests with a three-week backlog st the moment. He is a one-man show, no one else works in maintenance. If you call to politely follow up about a maintenance request, he will simply block your number, as happened to me and another tenant. The fact that the door handle for the rooftop door has just been sitting in the stairwell for over six months without an attempt to fix it is overall representative of his attitude towards building upkeep.

Just okay

Living here is fine but there's no community feeling, and the property managers are never here to support with anything. The outside bike room was broken into and never fixed so has been in shambles since I moved in here a year ago. Even though my rent is set on auto pay, they didn't withdraw the funds and then still charged me a late fee. When I reached out about it, I didn't receive any response from management.

Fantastic Location with great amenities!

I have lived here for 7 months now. The location is ideal with one of the best views of DC along with being near all modes of public transportation, grocery shops, other services and in a safe and vibrant neighborhood. The team maintains the property regularly with prompt service. The amenities provided are great for personal use and also for inviting family and friends. The apartment is well ventilated and provided with all basic appliances and furnishings. I would love to continue living here and definitely recommend this to my friends and anyone else looking for accommodation in DC!

The Lanes

The location is great, the apartment is new, with new appliances. Management of the building could be better if it was more staff. The parking garage is not connected to the building and is a 3 minute walk to the garage that always has issues and on top of being expensive.
