on point and helpful

I have lived here for two years, my time here has been peaceful and pleasant. however I am unhappy with the heat situation, the repair man worked on it most of the day last year and was not able to fix it , so he put it on auxiliary which is inadequate for an apartment this size, if i didn't have space heaters i could not stay here. hoping for a happy new year.

You might not like what im saying but its straight facts. That property manager is lazy no concern for her tenants you report tenants all she say is put it in writing for what nothing solved. Been complaining but tenant above who doesn’t live there they running a strap house.
