on point

I have lived here one year, I took picture of peeling paint showed them to the manager she said someone would be in the next day for repairs, no one has showed up yet.Parking can be problematic when the rec. center across the street have affairs, I haven't applied for parking permit cause I am old and don;t want walk from the parking lot.other wise Iam proud to be a tenant.
