Nice Location, Okay Staff

I've lived here 2 years now, they switched their staff around after the first year, and now its a lot of mostly unhelpful or somewhat rude people. The maintenance has an okay response time, but if it gets below 0 degrees your heat will go out and won't consistently stay on until it warms up again, maintenance doesn't ever fully fix it. Location is great however, very safe, quiet, comfortable.

I like living here, the only thing that is any kind of issue is people complaining about dogs barking during the day when plenty of other people have dogs that bark all day when we are home
