Great place to live

I have lived here for a year, and love the property! It is close to pretty much everything, and the noise level isn't too bad, especially considering the proximity to Shields. I have some issues with neighbors being loud/stomping, but nothing too concerning. I don't understand paying to park in the lot yearly or the "Property Damage Liability Waiver" and fee that I have to pay again when I resigned my lease, but other than that, the management is great!

Poor experience

My car was towed from in front of my house despite paying a monthly parking fee and registering my plates with the office when moving in and signing my lease. The manager I spoke to about this was rude and condescending offering no help or solutions.

Overall it's a nice place to live. One area w/3 stars was parking. It would be nice to have assigned spaces as sometimes it's been really crowded. The bigger issue for me has been lack of snow and ice removal in the parking area especially between the cars and on the north side where it gets no sun. There've been a couple noisy upstairs neighbors and have had to ask multiple times to turn down loud music after midnight - 2am, super disturbing when I get up @5am for work.
