Review for Kansas Apartments

We've been living here for over a year now and the staff still can't seem to figure out our utility/electricity payment. We have been seeming to have an over due utility bill the past few months when the staff should know that it has already been taken care of.

Property Management Could Improve

Everything has been great, great place, great value. But the communication between property management and tenants is very subpar. I've had specific issues where new fees or bills will pop up to my account and I'll have no clue what they are or why they are there. I had an issue where I paid rent and it didnt go through online and they charged me a $70 or whatever it was for a late payment. I had to show them the screen shot of the rent payment to get the issue resolved. Recently I've had issues where they will show me my electric bill and it'll say I owe $170 (for example) then I'll get a letter from Fort Collins Utilities saying I have a credit of $95 for overpaid charges and that o balance is due. Went on for 2-3 month sent an email or two and had a phone call. So communication could improve.
