Nice calm place
There arent a lot of problems at this complex. The most difficult things ive had to deal with are the blinds that break easily.
Village Gardens
Overall a great place to live in Fort Collins. There is limited parking and I often have to park at a lot across the street from my building when I get home from work. Noise has been an issue with some neighbors, but management has taken steps to take care of that. Windows freeze over in the winter and no central AC. Amenities well-maintained.
I love it here ~
I love the way maintenance keeps up the grounds, I love the quiet the location. The only thing missing is a community Garden!
Great Location to Live
I like this apartment complex. It is a fair deal. I have been here 2 plus years and look forward to staying here as long as I can. Once all amenities are up and running, available office area, warmer pool, easier access to pool through all gates opened for resident access and the bathroom use for residents using gym or pool, then the value of the property will match the fees.
