Water nightmare, Staff inaccessible when needed, Untimely responses

Our fridge hasn't been working for 3 weeks now and the maintenance worker has yet to stop by to fix it. We are already on our second fridge in our unit as the first one was leaking everywhere. The front desk is never there and is extremely understaffed.

It’s a really nice building and the location where it has been placed is also nice. There is a little noise but you’re going to expect that in a college town. The apartment is really nice u have no complaints.
