Overpriced slop

Day 1 my shower wouldn't turn off. It took them 3 days to fix and they left a giant hole in my bathroom wall that never got fixed until I moved out. AC didn't work in the summer months, got fixed in November, and broke again in February. The heating didn't work December-Feburary. The constant smell of dogs/pets (I don't have a pet). Overpriced parking with no covering and no enforcement on people taking your assigned spot and only 4 guest parking spots for a 5-building complex. The door to the building broke at least 5 times throughout the year. Police were called to the building multiple times for domestic abuse/disturbance. Dog poop everywhere outside. Don't expect any maintenance requests to be fixed within 3 weeks of submitting. Even emergencies take 1+ week. The entire building smelled 24/7 and because it is just a brick enclosure with 1 window, there was no airing it out. The lock on the outer door to the building never worked. The staff took away access to the clubhouse multiple times treating all residents as if they were 4 years old. But hey, you can walk to campus I guess.

Great College Apartment

It's not a luxury apartment but its perfect for CSU students, the location is great its right across from the main campus and there's plenty of food options within easy walking distance. There's also a bus stop right outside that will take you to the CSU transit center.

Close to campus but insanely loud upstairs neighbors

Everything has been nice and the location is wonderful BUT the upstairs neighbors are insanely loud and never get dealt with. Also some doors and other cabinets are practically falling off the hinges and haven't been fixed even after maintenence was called. Also rent is due AND posted on the 1st making it very hard to plan ahead.

Overall great place

Overall, a pretty good place to live. It's a little on the expensive side for the size but it's in a great location, especially for college students. The staff here are very nice and helpful and the apartments themselves are also pretty nice. They have a good open floor plan making the smaller square-footage feel bigger.
