I can't really complain about this place..except for the swimming pool..maintenance is little slow but I love this location..peaceful neighborhood

Good first start

Been here a little over a year now. Was okay paying the original price when I first moved because it met the conditions of the space, but I recently have been paying more on a new lease however the conditions of the apartment have been periodically deteriorating, and I haven't observed any recent cleaning services to the common space in our building any more; not exactly sure what that's about. I do appreciate the lack of noise with the recent move outs in the building, however they've all seemed to be due to the deteriorating conditions of the spaces. There was a recent inspection a few months back, but I'm not sure if there's any intention for maintenance follow ups?
