Nice Place

I have lived here 7 years. I realy love living here. The Complex leaves you alone as long as you are within the rules and the Office staff have always been nice and do go out of their way to help you. The Mantanance crew are great anytime I have an issue they have delt with it in a timely manor. I like my neighbors, they are friendly when you see them and might stop to talk for a bit but also everyone just leaves you alone. It is a good place for the price but rent does go up every year, it used to be reasonable but this year it was a bit much. But all and all I would recommend it.

over priced for what you don't get

many people park more than one car here, such as work trucks, and personal cars or just night guests, good luck trying to find a parking space after 8pm where you don't have a 10 min walk to your apt. many single unit apts and 2 bedroom apts house up to 5+++ people in order to help conserve rent costs, all those people park all their cars here, if you actually were to start a parking pass program you would see that many people are not actually listed on leases or over park in too many spaces than they should. you raise our rent each year, yet don't raise the quality of living in the units. many times lighting is out for months on end, such as the mail box area near the pool closest to the leasing office. you spend so much in people walking the grounds cleaning that you fail to just fix the most basic things to keep residents safe. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office, they only seem to care when new money is coming in, or to send you lovely notices that we raising your rent, once they have you locked in, they could care less about your well being. you struggle to find a new place to live, just like anyone else and they know this, so they just keep raising rent, cause they know you need them more than they need you.
