Walls make good neighbors
Management is trying to keep ahead of problems, But I fear these illegals our to many, and they are going to continue to try to party in parking lot. They do not have our values of peace and decency. They operate 24/7. I appreciate managements continued work on problems not of their own causing.

Happy medium
Glen at the Park has been a hit or miss experience. But I do see them trying to make alot of improvements, and I have to give credit where it's due. The units are fairly spacious. With wood burning fireplaces, balconies, and in unit laundry. Which is a game changer. The grounds are pretty well maintained with the exception of the back side facing the nearby trail. People like to dump junk back there. And because it's kind of out of sight, it's not really noticed. It's a pet friendly envious which is nice. The noise is probably the biggest issue I've had. My neighbors are super loud, and recently there was a probably with some tenants riding dirt bikes through the parking lot at night. Playing loud music. Doing metal work. Etc. However since they've recently added a security officer, that's been less of an issue. The office staff is pretty friendly, and helpful. The units are fairly priced when considering how expensive the denver metro area is.
