I have lived at this complex for more than three years. I have always enjoyed living here until the last year and within the last few weeks. The customer service I have received from the Assistant Manager Richard was/is horrendous. As well as the customer service I received from the leasing agent George. I should never I have to go to the manager to resolve an issue or how I was treated. Please hire leasing and managers who can do their jobs with common sense and customer service. My neighbors are also very loud. My neighbors assume a theater soundbar which when turned up, and the volume is turned up, shakes my floor and furniture. This is similar to when a car pulls up next to you in traffic with loud base at a stop light and your car vibrates because of the base. It would be helpful to notify people moving in, soundbars are not allowed in apartments.
