We have lived here a while and have gone thru multiple changes with management. Currently it seems to be changing for the better. Cost is affordable and its close to Anschutz, light rail and multiple shopping centers. Place is normally quiet but if you have kids its hard for them to be out. Playground needs attention and the sand pit needs to be redone into something else because its always full of trash. The changes so far have shown improvement on the positive end so have some hope it will be a good place to stay if you need something that won't break the bank.

The view is beautiful, the people here are very nice, its cozy, very convenient spot to live, maintenance is very helpful.

This apartment has great deals with no deposit, flex pay etc. it’s a good size for the price and every unit is the same layout. The complex is nice but not in the best area, though it is close to a lot of cool places. Maintenance so far has not been responsive, and calling the leasing office, they never pick up. You have to go to the office in person to get anything done.
