Apartments are good, renovated and value for the money.

We are staying since Oct 2020. We really liked the apartments as all units are renovated. All the spaces are very usable. Location is one of the plus as everything is nearby ( running trails, grocery, Asian markets). Apartments amenities includes 2 swimming pools, usable gym. Now, just couple of cons I can think of 1> walls are thin. Sometimes we can hear the whisper. we live at the apartments close to Central Expressway so can hear the traffic if windows are open in night for fresh air. Not sure how to fix this. 2> There is no central heating as most of Bay area apartments. Heating boards are not that effective. Thanks

Practically fraudulent leases, terrible PM

The lease I was given lied about the parking spot that was assigned to my unit, and then the property manager lied about trying to find a closer spot. My lease gave me a spot directly in front of my unit, management gave me a spot 3 blocks away.
