The Apartment complex is a bit noisy because of the amount of children running around as the pool and common areas are in the middle. Great place to live and very close to work. Parking lot needs to be restripped for better utilization of the spaces.

I have been living here for quite some time, and I love it. Rent is a little high, but area is wonderful, and neighbors are warm. Maintenance team is excellent, and manager is great.

Very nice place to live in. Nice and small community. Great facilities. Close to De Anza park, Sunnyvale Middle School and other shops around Mary and Fremont.
