Love Holli and Paul. Laundry room is frustrating because of tenants not them. Always full past the done time or always broken. I’ve also had literally seven new tires in the last year from running over nails in this parking lot.

Not what it used to be

If you just want a roof over your head and quick access to I5, then this is the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere else. Somewhere that doesn't alter prices from when you apply to when you finalize your application. A place that gives you what you pay for! This was the only place we could find on such short notice, yes, it's "quiet," but tenants and their guests drive through here like they're in Fast and the Furious or GTA... and management leaves the gate open 24/7. They'll do a background check as they should, but obviously pick and choose whom to be thorough with! Also, good luck with listing problems with your apartment when doing the walk through. Management's fix is basically putting lipstick on a pig! Our tile countertops are cracked, there is prominent rot in the wood under our sink, there are holes in and around our shower and they-get this; painted the bottom of our shower! Also when turning on said shower, we can only turn it a 1/4 of the way or it shuts off completely. So if you prefer lukewarm showers, you may love it here.

Hollies literally the bomb. This place is pretty quiet too you forget other people live here and the laundry room is pretty clean!
