There's no assigned parking and there's only one way in of the apartment and one way out. The walls are super thin with the argue with each other including outside on the streets. Our front doors are very close to each other to where we don't really have any personal space. There's only two trash cans one at the back of the apartment complex and one towards the front. Residents don't pick up their dogs poops. Not everyone has patios or balconies.

Parking is a nightmare i have taken to parking on the street my water has been shut off for 10+ days and there were 5 weeks this summer in which my ac was out of service the office staff are kind and available some of my neighbors leave their garage on their porch for weeks at a time others argue loudly all round not very pleased with my living situation
