quite place specially being next to the freeway. rent is way to expensive. front gate is constantly broken. numerous power outages . overall its OKay. but not for the price.

For my first apartment i can’t complain haha. Coming from out of state and needing somewhere to stay for over 1k a month (pricing isnt fair or equal) i got a 1b1b outdated unit with appliances from the early 2000’s with a hotel wall ac units thatll run up the bill in cold nights. I dont mind the stray cats that are everywhere & the homeless digging in the trash everyday leaving a mess, this is stockton after all. Manegment can get complicated to deal with so id take up any dealings to the top. Don’t believe the pictures take a tour.

I have been there for 2.5 years, the management and maintenance are very accommodating. Moving soon only because I am purchasing a home otherwise would still be here forever.

These are nice quiet apartments. Management and maintenance are great. Good location but my apartment is on the frontage road so hear all the motorcycles and souped up cars that go by.
