I’ve lived here for close to four years now and it’s been awesome! I really appreciate Susanna and the staff here for always being professional and helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend this place to anybody. That’s looking for a new home.

Assigned parking is needed so tenants automatically have parking spot when coming home. Quicker to spot unauthorized parking. If the condos have a garage and assigned parking in front of their place, why can't everyone have assigned parking? Where can we park if we have permit and someone places a note on your car that I'm parked in an assigned parking for them, when they have an attached garage? Also, where are all these other cars coming from, that parking is so hard to find?

I have been with Schooner Landing Apt's since 1989. I moved into Apt #29 for 2 years. Then I moved into townhouse #5. I lived there for 6 years then moved out . Came back a few years later moved into Townhouse #8. I lived there for 2 years. At that time I rented one of your garages #C4. It was $45.00 a month back then. LOL. Anyhow I still have that garage to this day. Schooner landing is a great place to live. Great people. Great place.
