I've lived here almost two years and I love the quiet (mostly-some neighbors blast their stereos) atmosphere, nice neighbors, friendly and wonderful maintenance and office managers. Whenever I needed something done, from shower to light bulb, our maintenance man is always available as soon as he can come over and fix it. Love using my wood-burning fireplace in the winter, ceiling fan in the summer and central air conditioner whenever the weather gets extreme. Every cupboard/closet has huge or deep shelves. Near the end of the 43 bus line, Nations, Taco Bell, Jack-in-the-Box, and KFC.
