This place is absolutely wonderful. Nice and spacious with wonderful people, especially the manager Kim. Everything went super smoothly on our application and we couldn't be happier.

I lived here 12yrs. Parking in the enter and exit of the apartment. For the entire night is very annoying.

The appartnents are well maintained and the neighbors are polite and kind. Kim, the property manager is very helpful and resolves issues right away. Appartments are located in a safe area wirh CCTV cameras monitoring the premises and very close to 880, so you may hear the traffic sometimes if you leave the windows open. Also 10 mins to the San Jose airport, the neighborhood Costco. And a safeway 8 blocks away.
