Good overall. Third party managed parkinng and noise down the street are annoying sometimes.

I've lived here for two years. The building is beautiful, the amenities high quality (gym, pool, firepits, rooftop patios, common areas, etc.) and maintenance/concierge staff outstanding. There is no guest parking and there can be city noise, but I highly recommend the building.
