Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the spacious apartments with great storage, cleanliness, and safety of the property. They value the friendly and responsive staff, and quick service request fulfillments. The property provides a comfortable and quiet living environment. Additionally, the garage is considered very safe, and the property offers good budget apartments. Overall, residents are satisfied with their experience and the community.

Could Be Better

For the cost we deserve more from staff. Staff always comes at us when they make a mistake or fail to follow through. I have ye to have a staff member follow up with a request made via email or in person. Im always being tpld they are understaffed or new to the job. For what rent costs this is not the tenants problem. Love the space of our apartment and the location. Appliances need to be updated as feidge constantly gets too cold. Dishwasher is older as are the washer and dryer which dont always work as well as rhey should often leaving detergent residue behind. Have been told the machines need to break to be replaced. The complex could be so much better if corportst ownership put more money back into the place for updates and competent staff.

Good Apartment with average amenities

I have been living here for last 8 years and what i have seen is that common amenties area like gym lacks several upgrades. If a machine breaks down, it is not repaired for more than 6 months. Even in covid, when amenities were shut off, we didnt got discount on rent
