This is my 10th year living at the property. The floor of my apartment is sagging/sloped; they did not disclose this at leasing time. Maintenance on small items is good. Maintenance on larger repairs (resurfacing of countertops) is non-existent. They do not do the job, and delete the maintenance requests on the website.
