Great staff, but the value keeps lowing

Love the staff and maintenance here, they're incredibly and try to be as honest as transparent as they can be. They're one of the best parts of living here. BUT. The rising cost of rents here, along with the near constant maintenance for things in the ammenities (Especially the gym, which always has at least 1-3 machines down), and elevators being down, definitely holds it back. I know this isn't on staff as they have to wait for the outcall technicians, but it's not great for a luxury community.

Elements Great place to live

Have been living at The Elements Apartments for 6 years and have had a great experience. Love the location which is close to a lot of key locations in the south bay. The amenities are great! It’s definitely a well built complex and feels more like a condominium than an apartment. Have definitely loved my stay so far.
