Three Decades

I've lived at this complex for over 30 years. It's a great location. There have been many management companies during this time and this one is one of the better ones. They are responsive and have a good idea of priorities that need some care. The location can't be beat, however, there may be major construction in the near future on the parcel that will be called, The Boulevard. We'll see how this affects the quality of life in our area when it begins.

Lovely complex

I love the building, location and the apartment. My one complaint is that I moved in December 7th and still cannot get internet access. I was told I could get through AT&T or Comcast Xfinity. AT&T does not actually support broadband internet. I tried; a tech came out and gave the verdict. AND, I can't get Xfinity yet because the coaxial portal in my apartment does not work and I'm still waiting for a cable to be run to my apartment. So that's the one disappointing factor.

Great Location

I've been here for over 30 years. It's my home. With everything, there are good and bad. The good is not great and the bad is not that bad. The area has deteriorated because of people living in their cars and people don't know how to park on the streets. There will be major construction soon one block away. I'm expecting it not to be pleasant. However, you can't beat the location. Everything you need is close by - food, transportation, services.
