a new building
I lived here for almost a month, I like that it is a new building. Doors make a lot of sound when my neighburs open and close the doors. I already needed to call maintenance several times and the elevator keeps braking.

Costly, in an area with a ton of homeless. Management lacks in communication. Amenities do not reflect photos online.

The Brady has been a great first place in the city. It is very well connected, has great amenities, super clean, great gym and young people.
